Programmable Controller Periodic Maintenance
Programmable Controller Periodic Maintenance
As a kind of industrial control equipment, programmable logic controller(Allen Bradley 1756-PA72 ControlLogix, Allen Bradley 1756-RM Enhanced Redundancy Module, B&R X20CP1584 CPU, Allen Bradley 1756-L61 ControlLogix Controller) is widely used in all walks of life due to its high reliability. However, due to the working environment and other peripheral equipment and some problems of its own, it takes time every six months to one year. Regular inspection and maintenance of the PLC system to ensure the normal operation of the system. The specific inspection items, content and PLC requirements are shown in the table below.
Check item | Check the content | PLC requirements |
Voltage | Measure whether the voltage applied to the PLC is the rated value | The supply voltage must be within the operating voltage range |
Whether there are frequent and sharp changes in the voltage supply | Power supply voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range
environmental conditions | Whether the dust temperature and humidity are within the corresponding range | 0~55℃ ; Relative humidity below 85% ; Amplitude less than 0.5mm (10~55Hz) ; No large amount of dust, salt and iron filings |
Installation conditions | Are the base unit and expansion unit securely installed? | Mounting screws must be tightened |
Whether the connecting cables of the basic unit and expansion unit are fully inserted | The connecting cable must not be loose
Is the connection screw loose? | The connecting screws cannot be loosened
Whether the external wiring is damaged | External wiring must not have any abnormal appearance
service life | Whether the lithium battery voltage is reduced | Working for about 5 years |
